We are now pioneers in the digital aspect as well, with a specialized, avant-garde digital edition. This will allow for greater communication between the editor, sponsors and readers.
Property Journal was launched in 1999 and its leadership has been consolidated since then. The printed edition has been a strong support for the real estate industry as well as for developers and the entire community that offers services to that industry.
The paper is direct, efficient and attainable. There is no other paper that offers better advantages to its sponsors: it reaches a specialized market, offers timely information in both English and Spanish, has market presence and is distributed throughout the industry’s focal points. With our digital edition, Property Journal will generate new tools that will enable us to increase the contact between sponsors and potential clients. The availability of Internet and the continual update of information will bring new options and tools for marketing strategies for our clients. Additionally, the advertising reach of our digital Property Journal version will allow us to cover the entire Banderas Bay area and the southern coast of Nayarit on a weekly basis. The Internet version will allow our market complete access from anywhere in the world.
